BC-DD Return & Exchange Policy

At BC-DD, we are committed to delivering high-quality cannabis products from trusted BC brands. Due to federal and provincial regulations governing cannabis sales, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for cannabis products once they have left our facility, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

1. No Returns on Opened Cannabis Products

In accordance with the Cannabis Act and provincial regulations, we cannot accept returns of any opened cannabis product, regardless of whether it has been used or not. This includes dried flower, pre-rolls, vapes, oils, topicals, and edibles.

2. Eligible Returns

We will accept a return or issue a replacement only if:

  • You received the wrong product or SKU.

  • The product was damaged during shipping.

  • The product is defective (e.g., vape cartridge malfunction, mold, or packaging seal failure).

3. Reporting an Issue

If you believe your product qualifies for a return or replacement:

  • Contact our customer service team at order@apothecarybotanicals.ca or +1 604-474-1795.

  • Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.

4. Return Approval

  • Our team will review your claim and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the product (if required).

  • Returns will only be accepted in original, sealed packaging, unless the issue is related to product quality or defect.

5. Refunds & Replacements

  • If your return is approved, we will offer:

    • A credit on your account

    In the event that a product purchased by a store is returned back to that store, notice of the return must be provided to us within 30 days from the date of that return.

    Any return requests reported after the 30-day period will not be eligible for approval.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, legal, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Items 

  • Opened or partially used cannabis products (unless defective)

  • Products not purchased directly from BC-DD

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
