If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

- Shipping Time: We aim to ship orders within 48 hours of receipt. If there is a delay, we will contact you to verify the situation.
- Free Shipping: Free shipping is available for orders over $1500 within the Greater Vancouver area and for orders over $3000 within the entire province of British Columbia.
- Tracking Information: You will receive a link to real-time tracking information once your order is shipped.
- Shipping Restrictions: We only ship to addresses within the province of British Columbia. All orders require a signature upon delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.
